Welcome to the Orchard Hill Condominium Association's website! Our community consists of 267 - two and three bedroom - townhomes, conveniently located near I-5 in Tualatin, Oregon. We are a self-governing association of homeowners, which prides itself on creating an attractive, safe, and community-oriented neighborhood in which to live. This site was designed to serve the needs of both existing and prospective homeowners and residents. It contains information about our community which will hopefully be informative to new and prospective residents, and useful in engaging more existing members of our community in the self-governing process.
